Bent Over lateral raises

This bent over lateral raises is an excellent movement for building your posterior delts. It is a shoulder movement that targets the rear portion of the deltoid complex, and is thus an isolation shoulder exercise

Bent Over Lateral raises

With this exercise you bend over until your upper body is parallel with the floor. Holding two dumbbells in your, look forward your body should be straight if not slightly arched, raise the dumbbells out to the sides with the elbows slightly bent, hold the contraction for a count of three and release slowly back to the original position repeat without resting till failure. The other variation of this is to use cables, in which case you are on all fours and you lift the cable with one hand out to the side repeat till failure and change sides.
